Our Team
Built by operators who've worked inside healthcare practices.
Dev Ashish
Co-founder & CEO
Dev built his career at the intersection of healthcare operations and technology and watched the patient conversion problem play out firsthand. As Chief Technology and Center Operations Officer at ClearChoice, he ran CRM, analytics, and center operations across 100+ implant practices nationwide. He knows exactly where high-ticket elective healthcare networks break down when trying to scale patient nurturing.
Before ClearChoice, Dev spent a decade at Epic, then served as CIO at GoHealth Urgent Care, scaling it from startup to 125+ locations. Both companies were PE-backed, high-growth environments where operational performance was non-negotiable.
He founded PitCrew to give healthcare practices the personalized patient communication that converts without adding headcount. Enterprise-grade capability, built for the way modern practices actually operate.
Dev holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Outside of work, he can usually be found hiking the Colorado backcountry.
Meghna "Chili" Pramoda
Co-founder
Chili is a sophomore and bioengineering student at Harvard University. Her background sits at the intersection of health, data, and systems that reach people at scale.
Before PitCrew, Chili founded SafeTeensOnline — a 501(c)(3) that grew from 5,000 to nearly 5 million youth across 20 states and 5 countries — recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30, a Congressional Gold Award, and Dr. Jill Biden's Girls Leading Change program. She has conducted health disparities research on chronic disease outcomes in Hispanic communities, and computationally studied protein translation initiation at the Gladstone Institute's Yamanaka Lab.
She co-founded PitCrew because she believes the same data-driven personalization that transforms outcomes in public health can do the same for the patient relationships practices already have.
When not working, Chili writes poetry and listens to history podcasts while running.
